Thank you for your interest in becoming a subcontractor with Bold Properties (QLD) Pty Ltd.
For us to set up your company in our system we will require copies of the following;
- Signed and Completed Period Subcontract
- Signed and Completed WHS Acknowledgement Form
- Copy of your Safety Management Plan or SWMS – Please ensure your safety information includes information on the new silica guidelines.
- Register for HIA TRADEPASS (this is an online profile where you will upload Construction Induction Cards, QBCC Licence, High Risk Work Licence Public Liability Certificate of Currency, Work Cover or Personal Sickness/AccidentCertificate of Currency) Information letter attached for your reference.
